Shipping policy

Processing Time

Our current processing time is 1-2 weeks depending on the item. If the item is pre-order it can take longer. Look at each product details for more information.

Shipping Rates

All orders are shipped using USPS. The shipping cost is calculated by weight and destination. Sometimes this can cause shipping to be overcharged. If overcharges are more than $2, we will refund the overcharged amount.

We do ship internationally to USPS approved countries (sorry, no UK or EU currently due to VAT)! The customer is responsible for any import taxes or customs fees that may apply. Insurance is not included in the shipping rate.

Tracking

Once the package leaves our hands we are not responsible for it and have no control. If there are any issues with your package once you get a tracking number please contact your local post office.

We urge you to double-check your shipping address as we are not responsible for lost or delayed items. If the address is wrong and comes back to Lamplighter Literary Creations, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
